Catalina Combs

Catalina (she/her) is the Marketing and Communications Manager at the International Documentary Association. She has extensive experience with social marketing and internal and external communication. Born and raised in Southern California, Catalina is also a Los Angeles-based film and television critic, holding memberships in the Critics Choice Association, African American Film Critics Association, Online Association of Female Film Critics, and is a Tomato-Approved Critic on Rotten Tomatoes. She has bylines on Blackgirlnerds.com, Taji Magazine, and Blackfilm.com. She has moderated and served on film panels, juried for film festivals, and interviewed casts and crews of various films.

In her free time, Catalina loves playing soccer and traveling with family and friends.
