Lilla Sparks

Lilla (she/her) has been with IDA's fiscal sponsorship team since 2022. As of November 2025, she serves as the organization's Acting Fiscal Sponsorship Program Manager. Her responsibilities include onboarding new projects, handling grant paperwork, and managing daily communication with filmmakers. 

Coming from a creative background, Lilla has worked as a writer and producer on several independent projects. She has experience in both documentary and narrative film, as well as television. Prior to joining IDA, Lilla was the Creative Executive of an independent production company and also served as a teaching assistant at the USC School of Cinematic Arts. 

Lilla holds a BA and an MA in Cinema Studies from the University of Southern California. Originally from Hungary, she is fluent in Hungarian, French, and German. In her free time, Lilla enjoys playing bass, making jewelry, and drawing comics.
