Alia Ayman

Alia Ayman is a film curator, maker, and scholar based in Brooklyn, New York. She is a co-founder of Zawya Cinema in Cairo and has contributed to the programs of Berlinale Forum, IDFA, Flaherty NYC, Arsenal Institute for Film and Video, and Images Festival, among others. She currently programs for the Arab Women Film Festival in Brazil and BlackStar Film Festival in Philadelphia.
