Accessibility

Accessibility device requests are facilitated at the box office and are subject to availability. You will be asked to leave a form of ID to ensure the safe return of the equipment. Only ticket holders may request assistive technology.

  • Seating: We provide 2 wheelchair spaces and 2 companion seats that can be reserved when purchasing tickets online or at the box office. Our 67 fixed seats have stationary arms with cupholders. Seat cushions measure 16 x 16 inches.
  • Hearing Impaired (HI) and Visually Impaired Narrative (VI-N) systems: We offer 4 assisted hearing devices from Listen Technologies that amplify sound via headphone receivers to let the patron “hear and understand the presentation better because of improved speaker placement.” These receivers provide either Hearing Impaired (HI) or Visually Impaired Narrative (VI-N) or “audio description”) audio based on the patron's needs.
  • Closed Captioning Screenings: We offer 4 in-theater closed captioning systems (Dolby CaptiView) consisting of a personal OLED display on a bendable support arm that fits into a theater seat cup holder, enabling patrons to watch the film and simultaneously follow the captions. Closed captions are included with most films, but some titles may not have closed captions available.
  • Open Caption Screenings: Enjoy New Release films presented with open captions on dedicated Tuesday matinees, when available. Open captions are the on-screen display of a movie’s dialogue, speakers’ names and sounds, creating a more inclusive environment for guests, especially individuals who are D/deaf, hard of hearing, learning to read, or watching a film in their non-native language. See upcoming showtimes here.
  • New Parents + Sensory Friendly Screenings: We welcome parents with infants and guests with special sensory needs to our Sensory-Friendly screenings to enjoy New Release films on dedicated Wednesday matinees, when available. The lights are up, the sound is down, you can move around, and no one is shushing you! Latecomers welcome. Includes complimentary popcorn. Free for infants in arms. See upcoming showtimes here.
