A group of ten siblings stand outside against a white house in late 1980s formal attire. They smile and squint in the sun. Their father, elderly, stands in the back and is mostly obscured.

About the Project

NEWVILLE chronicles the week-long reunion of ten siblings, aged 64 to 83, as they return to their decaying childhood home to decide whether to keep or sell it. Together in Newville for the first time in 35 years, they reckon with how ten different states, faiths, media habits, and economic realities have shaped who they’ve become. The family's bonds, already tested by physical and ideological difference, are pushed to their limits as they make a joint decision about the house and the family.
