I GOT YOU! is a short documentary about Miss T (Tanya Thomas), the crossing guard of a neighborhood in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn who has held a diverse community together for over 22 years. For generations, Miss T has greeted every child by name, remembered their birthdays, and watched them grow. Behind her warmth lies a tragic history of loss, abandonment and foster care. Her story reveals how one woman’s resilience can inspire healing and unity.
