OF KINGS AND PAINTINGS brings the wealth and importance of this extraordinary period in art history—a period that struggled to integrate the modern world while retaining its tradition and roots. Blending the work of the most significant painters of the period with interviews from curators and academics, the film explores the richness and wealth of Persian art.
