About the Project

This is the story of the life and impact of Rabbi Marshall Meyer, a human rights hero in Argentina during the Dirty War there between 1976 and 1983. He also developed and led a revolutionary approach to Jewish liturgy, making it joyous and accessible. He died in 1993, but his impact continues to grow as an inspirational force for Jewish activism around the world through his students and through the seminary he founded.
