Brian J. Davis
Director of Development
I am a fundraiser and non-profit manager with 20 years in LA’s philanthropic community. Being at IDA connects my love for storytelling with my enthusiasm for philanthropy and community-building.
Working at the Los Angeles LGBT Center ignited a spark for innovative community-centered fundraising. Working on behalf of unhoused and low-income people at NLS-LA and the ICLC was where I learned to connect with marginalized communities inspiring structural change. At the Trevor Project, I helped guide an organization through transition as we confronted the crisis of LGBTQ youth suicide. And at the Autry Museum, I worked to help bring forward the stories of the diverse communities that have shaped the American West, and, from here, the world.
