About the Project

"100% Possible: The Battle for the World's Energy Future" is about scientific climate solutions versus greed, a modern-day "David & Goliath" story. "David" is a team of scientists at Stanford University, led by Dr. Mark Jacobson, that has developed energy roadmaps for all 50 states in America and, to date, more than 150 other countries to enable the world's transition to clean energy. "Goliath" is Big Oil, led by giants like Saudi Aramco, Exxon-Mobil, and Shell, that have been lying for decades about the impact on global warming of burning fossil fuels and are opposing the transition to clean energy at every turn. Combining powerful good news -- that 100% clean energy is 100% possible for 100% of people -- with the truth about dark forces arrayed against change, the film seeks to open minds to what humankind can and must do to ensure the survival of future generations.
