About the Project

CHILDREN OF CHAMPIONS, an empowering feature-length documentary, examines the relationship between elite athletic performance and parenting success. The cinematic, deeply personal, and previously unheard story is told by a diverse group of local Olympians, their children, and a multi-award-winning filmmaker, who herself was parented by an Olympian mother. The profoundly human project’s aim is to educate, encourage, and entertain today’s mothers and fathers who want their kids to grow up to be well-balanced, happy, compassionate, and strong winners.
