Food Chains

There is so much interest in food these days but very little interest in the hands that pick that food. Food Chains exposes the horrific abuses farmworkers face and reveals the forces behind that exploitation: the global supermarket industry. Food Chains tracks the Coalition of Immokalee Workers, an intrepid and highly lauded group of tomato pickers from Southern Florida as they battle the giant Floridian grocery chain, Publix.
