About the Project

The story from inside the secretive community of Northern California's redwoods where almost everybody is involved in one of the most profitable cash crop industries in the country. Told through interviews with a number of locals, this will be a close look at the current inhabitants and how the legalization of cannabis is changing Humboldt County's legendary pot-growing culture, threatening the existence of a place known by many as paradise on Earth.
